I’ve carried many fragmented pieces of pain over the years that yearned to find their space to heal. My words started to flow as journal entries, transitioning into poems. As time goes on I still find poetry to be an incredibly potent form of self-expression.
It’s a courageous endeavor choosing to heal through personal challenges. While realizing that we are not alone in this process, we can foster a safe connection points between our hearts.
